hti error to send job - GSM-Forum

i have hti ,my old hti is dead ,,so i put smartcard in a otrher hti ,and credits was transfered ok,

but whem i try to send a job , showme errror ,,i reinstal software but still same error

how i can solve this error????

HTI serial: 0100F3E9
you have 1470 HTI credits left.

i can't check carrier
i can't send job

it means useless after transfer the credit to my dead hti to new one
