hti error while unlocking ## (ANSWERED)

hi i m having problem with hti interface i m trying to unlock a bb5 mobile it shows the mobile info but after tht doesn,t work and doesn,t unlock the mobile stopsat block closed and after tht doesn,t show show any thing and keeps on waiting itried reinstaling the box updating but same problem sometimes it goes till reading info but after tht stops there and doesn,t unlock any solution its not unlocking any bb5 interface is new i bought it 2 months ago

Yes, mate, i know this hash key has been supported since v3.1 Beta16.
But i think you don't understand that SL3 phone only can be unlock by code, using broteforce method.
AFAIK No box support direct unlock for SL3 until this time.

no you r wrong brother i unlocked it with another box and it is not sl3 mobile and direct unlock worked u can search for further inofrmation

I can,t unlock 5800 with mexkey it says loader not available but other boxes are unlocking it well i posted this 8 days ago still not any answer from support if u don,t answer ur *******rs y do u creat support forum?

CAEBB, downgrade to earlier version, repeat unlock. all be done
