Just again install your Hti software over this software your problem will sove 100%>>>>>

try to update first your HTI box.

- do not plug hti to pc
- install 3.5rev1.7
- open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.

i also had same prob,i tried many ways,no luck,finally install os to another hdd and up to now ok,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

you can need change driver , click to reinstall and selec Smart Card Reader USBccid WUDF

I also face same problem when i install v3.5_rev1.7 and update Hti.when I start mx exe its shows No Security Dongle detected please HELP.THANKS in advance...
