Member: 73565 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5,062 | install 3.5 rev 1.6 http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...ssion-1397654/ use only mobileex.exe 3.5rev1.6 to update HTI - do not plug HTI to usb - open mobileex.exe - press update HTI - plug HTI to USB immediately. |

Member: 21296 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 328 | I have bought new HTI interface (Orange One). I had MXKEY earlier. I took the SIM card from the MXKEY reader and put it into new box. Now I wanted to do an update as the software instructs me that the HTI firmare is old, please update. But I am unable to update at all, because I get always the same message: » Begin transaction ... Initializing HTI ... » End transaction (status: 3, Failed to read device info.) And when I try from Nokia tools the software displays a message at the middle of window saying MXkey not assigned, please insert activated dongle. How to update? I tried reinstalling from the beginning the software but is not working. Any further advice? Thanks |
