What happened to my credits? I've never been using this service since my mxbox died upon upgrading to 2.6.... I am now using mxbox green I borrowed from the shop with my card in it. I tried to check balance and it gives out zero.

MX Key + HTI Online???? Are these 2 compatible. Since my box 2 boxes died on meh, I pulled out the card and put it back in the dongle. Now when I try to open HTI Online services, it doesn't boot up. It just read the card, etc... And quits. Software not showing.
