the card is not responding to reset...

Brother,
At first Change USB Cable & Uninstall Old mobileEx_setup_v3.5_rev1.5-1.6. Again install mobileEx_setup_v3.5_rev1.7(20120107)_10.

very simple

1. go to device manager
2. right click on "usb smart card reader" this click update
3. point to "C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti"

this is for HTI PLUS the orange HTI box

different solution for the green one

well my box is green & working perfect with my lapi....
but with pc problem is still sam..
itried every thing ..changed cables...chenged in other usb in pc...unstall..delete folder of mxkey...delete all drivers related with mxkey in windows/system/driver or anywhere related even dll. but problem same NO SECURITY DONGLE DETECTED with

MxKey Team HTI Flasher Interface (WinUSB) 0
the card is not responding to reset...

is there anbody who faced & solved
OR
only solution reinstall OS

highly advised to use win7, any edition.

bro. just update smart card reader's driver is ok, is not like that all users are using win7, the maximum users are having xp including me & i am not getting problem when i follow the same procedure which i mentioned in this post.
