i have problem in new vertion 3.5 rev1.7 with windows7. detected virus and remove automatically mobileEx shortcut. how it solve, my computer not install any anti virus softwear but install windiws deffenter.

bro. open windows security, small windows of security appears, click 2nd tab on top & exception list will appear, if MobileEx is there in list tick it & click apply below, if not in list click add & small browse window will appear, from there select MobileEx & click ok, now it will be in list, so tick it & click apply ok, now run mxkey & see, have a good day.

brother insert your mxkey hti sim card to any sim card dongle, or do this......

Dear mates my mx box showing no security dongle detected error

i install cable driver, card driver , hti driver everything but my box was ideal in stage,

in my device manager not showing smard card reader, showing only usb token holder

and in usb controller no hti usb fond

i dont know wat is error how to solve i tried in two pc's plz experts help me

mobileEx_setup_v3.5_rev2.5 using this version

no need to update driver just click on update hti the hti box will be updated and then it will read the smart card and then all will be ok and work fine

tested many time of my studenthave such problem regarding mxkey smart card error
