Member: 545565 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19 | HTI PLUS error 10 I was using Old HTI box (green) but there was problem of that. Now I have purchased new HTI PLUS box (Orange). It ask for driver I followed the specific instruction of that but then also shows error 10. First 3 pictures are of error, please help thank you. Last edited by r2rajput; 03-13-2013 at 13:33. Try to update your HTI box will solve it. - do not plug hti to pc - make sure you are using LATEST version: V3.5 Rev2.5 - do not connect box to USB. open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection - press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately. - proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.
