Update your MXKey soft to v3.5 rev1.1 and update HTI firmware to version 00.17.
All will be ok.

mxkey is updated but i cant update firmware because of server problem

Server is OK.
Just try to Update my HTI Box again (the 3rd times in 2 days :) )

check your internet connection. Try to disable any antivirus or firewall. Close any program that running, then try update.

After succesfull update, HTI Box will require new driver, point it to c:\mobileex\3.5\data\drivers\Hti.

after that you can do partial update for Nokia Service Tools and Blackberry tools.

there are 4 hosts for update server. please choose and try one by one.
