I have make this request to unlock my iPhone and after delay i got from the server that is done but when i connected to itune its say unsupported sim so take a look about this Hti team imei :013273006039919 telstra austraila

I mean to say,

May be iPhone was not Activated before Unlock,

You can use other IMEI Checking Service also to confirm about Unlocking,

Also Update your iTunes & try to connect again, sometimes happens due to that.
