Better to restore it to latest firmware... Insert your any sim And then check.... Date & time should be correct...

I try help you, but, I am not expert in this matters. May be this will help.

If you have 1 MXSIM, you can do the followings to "transform" it in activation SIM:

1. with MXSIM card manager, Select Carrier Bundles or set IMSI,
ICCID (if required), GID1 (if required) and "Apply Settings".

2. if all is correct, a REAL SIM to be inserted together with MXSIM then connect to iTunes.
