Pls mx team am facing this problem trying to update my dongle

[WSDL] SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from './def/cardz.wsdl' : failed to load external entity "./def/cardz.wsdl"

ERROR: Receive buff error no: 0x00
» End transaction (status: 13, Failed to fetch data from server.)

i don't where this problem is from

On HTI update failed with logs "update service temporary down"

All you have to do is wait and retry. It's never really down. It's some kind of our traffic limiter. You will have your turn any time.
