I am unable to open mx-key software.When i double click to open software nothing happen!...What is the probelem?

same prob with Kasper sky anti virus
uninstall anti virus and try working 100%

don't hurry
what prob u have
describe
check for winscard.dll at system32 is 97kb or not if more then debugger is present so just restore from dll cache
