i can not activate mx-key (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

i orderd 5 pcs mx-key from a year ago from ipmart
i forgot to activate one of them
now i can not activate it
i gives me this error

Why you put ANSWERED to all the posts when I don't see any solution in the threads?

I have just bought a new MXKEY but I have problem to activate it. I read also about Hurricane, but if I would know in advance about Hurricane Irene I would not buy MXKEY. HOw can I solve the problem? Should I wait till all hurricanes go away?
