Go to Nokia Tool Configuration > Click Directory > Untick or Disable "Use New Protocol for RAP3GV3",

Now Flash again & post Reply,

Note: Use Latest Firmware of your Phone Product only.

Both Version Firmware data available on Mxkey Server,

Almost all Firmware till present for all Nokia Product,

Check your Product Code, possibility of V9.45 is your Latest File.

Phone with blank MCU, erased PASUBTOC, etc...
ALL RAP3Gv3 and older platform whit that kind log can only be recovered by using FBUS cable.
