first uninstall your mxkey
and install it again
it will be ok

too much stupid question better read the FAQ of the mxkey...security test failed easy to repair as long you have the back-up but if you dont have just pray for the next update so guys stop complaining about the service of mxkey when you want to used it read FAQ mxket is the best repairing tool for nokia.........
