others suggestion about dongle drivers which is of course not the problem because mobileEx should simply run without even the dongle connected

please read again my message, dont just post anything, , this is NOT Drivers Issue

to make it simple for you

- go to your pc and unplug the mxkey dongle ,
- go to your desktop and double click on mobileEx ,sw will run and youll see a msg saying dongle not connected etc

ME i DONT get anything when i double click on mobileEx ,nothing happened no error nothing

hope its clear now
