"Image DL" Problem - GSM-Forum

test image dl for new mxkey smartcard, result :

Server: User not authorized: No valid session found.

registered, have received email from mx team .. dct4/+ rpl has been received and credited.. but when click "image dl" i can't received new firmware.. mxkey support server down??? thanks for support..

no fix at server until now? a week has passed ... or my new mxkey dongle can't download support? w/ old dongle we can download product market very fast speed but now ..... hmm ... so i'm very appreciate if prod supporter can answer this question fast... tq

it's not the server. its the matter with last exe. here for detail.

why don't you stay cool and wait for bug fix?
meanwhile, you can hunt for flashes. it spread tooooo much over the net. flashes is not a big deal!

hihi... don't be angry lah mr. gbluez and mobile-ex team .. (baru gitu aja udah marah2) ... gsmhosting is international forum, ... remember the aphorism "consumer are the king" ... we r u consumer ... "my very little mobile phone shop" use 2 new dongle mxkey at 2 computer (bought by cash a week ago) ... and i have 1 old dongle wait for replacement ... mx key is best tool ... the problem for this thread is :

I JUST BUY NEW MX-KEY CANT DOWNLOAD FLASHFILES WHY NOT?
I USE OLD MX-KEY CAN IT.
FIX PROBLEM PLS.
