hello,
don't click instantly "connect" when mx key is loaded at the first time.
wait until it recognized you dongle id, you may click connect after that.

please try first another tools services like com emlout or siemens services if it work or not
may be ur hwk need update 2 firmwaer 2.8 or change ufs driver from mx drivers folder

i try siemens services it's work well only this hung with all box's at Nokia service

what about interface box?
can u try 2 open ufs program (dctxbb5) and make conect 2 see if it want update or have error in connection or not?

iam go to C:\mobilex and delete all folder the problem solve
