Invalid password! free 1000 credit - GSM-Forum

I buy the new mx-key dongle from resaller,
after registration I get an email reply to my email as the password for a free 1000 credit RPL.
after I try turns out the results:
"Connecting to server ... OK,
Login ...
ERROR = Invalid password! ÿËÿÿ "
Serial / Dongle ID: C0800ECC
I've tried typing the password manually or "copy paste" the results remain like that.
To Mr. Alim and all the Moderators, please solution.

i think u r using loger brother use mainsoft follow this

OPEN MAIN SOFWARE THEN CONECT OPEN NOKIA TOOL GO SERVICE IMEI OPTION THEN LOGIN

I do have such
but the results remain like that
with the checkbox "Use Dongle ID"
