i would not rush i have order 25 imei for swisscom from 15th nov not one has been done yet,so looks like i have lost hundreds of punds

so why does manole not respond to my questions regards swisscom? also i have been advised that only iphone 4 is being unlocked at the moment and no other models,i have started to refund my customers as i can not advise them what is happening, i told one customer server going slow, he submitted the imei to another company and in 24 hours his phone unlocked , so what is the issue here? Manole all we need is an answer to the question, is swisscom server ok and are the imei i sent to you in pm going to be processed or not?

i would rather someone say YES a big problem and we can not unlock swisscom like japan and we will be refunding credits, or NO we are panicking too much and sit back and wait, i am hoping for some good news but as i have not had a response
i have spent $640 on credits but refunding my customers in cash,so at the moment lost my credits and my cash.

Please Manole just answer the question about swisscom, thank you
