I bought the card from this official reseller in 2010 & now I can´t use it as they have problems with Manole.

I´ve read posts about the same problem and Manole says to ask for refund and don´t blame him as we haven´t bought the card from him.

MANOLE: If ipmart was an official reseller it´s the same as if we buy it from you.

I´ve bought the key and later credits for dtc4+, then for bb5 & finally got the HTI interface.

Do we deserve what you´ve done? it´s not our war. We are just your products final user.

Reactivate all the cards, that´s what you ethically must do.

Yes you are right. We are looking forward into this problem and try to solve it
as fast as we can. But, try to damaging our product name from his side, that
is not negotiable in any way so easy.
