Hello Mx Key team and users,
i been unlocking all bb5 phones with my Mxkey but from few dayz i could,t....
i don,t know whats the problem with it...i have 100 credits in my account as well but when i click to unlock any bb5 basic phone it show me this error and i don,t know how can solve it so plz help me in this regard what should i do to do my jobe done........

Actually this 100 credits of your, what kind of credit?
[CR1] DCT4PLUS credits?
[CR2] BB5 credits?
[CR3] SL3 credits? or
[CR4] CDMA credits?

please be more specific.

credits are obsolete now. i advice you to get HTI, no internet, no credits. all stand alone.
