As far as my knowlege i think sl3 unlock is just to unlock blocked network or any phones which is bound to work only with thier operator.
But normally all the users are having problem with sl data corrupted or simlock data etc...

but in todays market sl3 simlock data corrupted is the most common problem ...........and we need it instead of sl3 unlock

i think it's clear. at this moment we have unlock solution not repaire solution.
