As u said in your post

Credits works in this way:

1. MXKEY wich have less then 99 credits, 1 (one) credit will be decreased for each operation that are respectively assigned for.

2. MXKEY who have 100 credits or more, credits will not be decreased for operation that are respectively assigned for.


As gratitude for the dedication shown by those who have supported us and have activated the unlock DCT4PLUS:
All MXKEY wich activated or purchased already dct4plus before the MXKEY update v3.4 revision 1.0 received
FREE 100 dct4 credits and 100 bb5 credits.
Note: BlackBerry MEP calc work ONLY for MXKEY wich have 100 BB5 credits and 100 dct4 credits

As I activate DCT4+ Activation. and got 100 DCT4+ and 100 BB5 credits according to your post.
And according to your post no credit should be decreased if You have more than 100 credits.

But now I cannot unlock DCT4+ and can't do any BB5 SD repair etc.
So, what happen to my credits and Dongle.

Plz solve this problem.

How to see your credits information if you do not post your MXKEY serial number?

Your MXKEY do not have any problem.

I think you have a problem NOT using latest update 3.4 rev 1.0.

Post full description of your error with screen shot and log.

While using Blackberry tool it gives following error:-

Product info:

IMEI: 111111111111119
MEP: MEP-00000-00
ERROR: request failed!

While using Nokia service tool :-
In both DCT4+ Unlock and BB5 SD repair and In Calc Code it just helds on connecting and negotiating with server and nothing more happens.

I tried it on two different Computers and different Internet connections.
I am also using v3.4 rev1(latest) one.

JUST DELETE MOBILEX.XML FILE AND DO SIGN APPLICATION AGAIN.


I TOO FACED THIS PROBLEM YESTERDAY BUT NOW ALL WORKING GOOD.

last night DCT4 Plus unlock was working.
You are right but Blackberry Tool is still not working.

Still giving error:- Error: Request Failed.
