To MANOLE: Server problem - GSM-Forum

I am beginning to be disappointed MxKey. I paid for it to do all the nokia sl2 correctly. Since I paid I'm never happened to do one sl2. I can never have access to the server. Still the same problem:

Authenticating to SUPERDONGLE using security server ...
Bad phones ack on step1, probably SUPERDONGLE_KEY corrupted !
Wrong response to SD verify request

I had many post but no news again.
How can i do really for my dongle?
