Manole What is this???? (ANSWERED)

Manole friend what is this error, everytime i try to run mx_key this error keeps popping up and i cant run software.I have to try 5 to 10 times or more before program successfully opens.....SO GIVE ME SOLUTION MANOLE>>>>

The error says: MXkey team Hti flasher(winusb)4 The card has been reset so any shared state information is invalid.

2nd open card from slot & reinstall it

if problem not solved then post screenshot from next time.

Bro, i have tried all your suggestions but problem remain and what makes me think its not somthing to do with cables is that i have 3 machines and they are all behaving same way.......... MANOLE where ARE U GIVE ME SOLUTION NOWWWW !!!!!!

its either software, box or card problem and i know only you can provide answear MANOLE. so wer are UUUUUUU

- Check smartcard contact.
- Use high quality of USB cable
- Try other USB port, do not use any hub.
- last: something wrong with your OS, yes, all 3 of them.

Bro.

In your Screen Shot, it seems you connect HTI Box before clicking HTI Update Button,

So remove HTI Box & click HTI Update Button, then connect HTI Box will do your job.
