i uninstalled old setup nd deleted the mobileEX folder den tried same

In clean Windows Xp installation... Mx Key 3.5 Rev 1.1 , with blackberry device conected, if device is unplugged. Not show fail .......

Any idea??

Pd: Reinstall done many times, but same fail again
Time and Calendar Pc setting good.
Language of Windows Installation Spanish
Blackberry Desktop work fine, detect and update devices.
