MobileEx v3.5 r1.2 Does not start the nokia service tool on windows 7 (32 or 64 bit) it just hangs and does not start

I have the Green Mxkey Dongle

note:
the same version with same dongle works fine with windows xp sp2

what is the problem on windows 7 consider that the windows 7 is installed recently from good working copy

i think its driver problem......... search the forum for new compatible drivers.

I did not find driver in the forum they all says that the driver came with the software installation package

- disable UAC, or run as administrator.

all needed drivers are included on installer. no need any external driver source.

I've disabled UAC the problem only on nokia tool other tools such as siemens or blackberry runs fine

problem solved by disabeling Bonjour Service that came with apple itunes

to mxkey team

please explain why this happens or solve it in future releases

turu off your Antivirus , and enjoy it . 1000% solution in my case.
