Model list problem (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

Hi,i have some problem with model list......Nokia phones firmware packages which is installed in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products.....not showing in drop down Model list in MX-Box....it only shows models that are installed in C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products.....when i add the " C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products" path in the General Settings/Directory....i faced some problem in initializing Nokia Module.....How i can fix this problem? thanks

problem still same.......i think there is some software bug in MX-Box (HTI)

easiest way:
move your other product directories into one location.

update your HTI, by using HTIUpdate.exe inside C:\mobileEx\3.5

Do you mean i transfer/move all products folders***From*** "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products"****To****C:\Prog ram Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products.....am i right or worng

Second thing is that i tryed to update HTI Firmware from C:\mobileEx\3.5 with latest software exe...but same problem ...Is server working or not.thanks

Try to Update your HTI Box, and do partial update for Nokia Service Tool.
