this is server problem bro
donot use any server before cunfurmation about activation
accont will show u the credits but unlomited service will start after some time..(may be minutes,hours,days)

check activation by blackberry trick

that means still your key is not activated for unlimited
if u will try to unlock any bb5 or dct4+ phone . u will lose ur credits one by one

and about activation of unlimited unlock repair .. "mr. manole can only answer "

and check code manually
