sir i was buying 1000 bb5 logs from ipmart company ...now my problem is'

i forget the password no from reseller control panel and i try reset it ..but

alway show me i key in invalid verication no. why??

If IPMART is the creator of your account, contact them and they can reset/change your password. Each distributor have access to his resellers accounts.
