I have used my HTI for a long time without any problem ,just yesterday when i updated to 2.6 My box can't conect to usb after update only show red light ,how can we revive it , i have loaded alot of credits under its serial number , help please product manager

Bro.

Try to Update HTI Box Firmware,

If not solve, claim Warranty if any,

If not then Buy New HTI Box & Transfer your Credits from Old to New HTI Box with given Link below,

what do you mean buy and transfer ,does the box expire, how would i know the old serial if at all will buy the new one
