way my green mx box after update hti cant scan from any phone ?
is this right that ti is your idea to force users to buy a new mx box?

before you judge by your self and express your own opinion,
please post buscheck logs by using BB5 phone.

what phone that you used to test?

is this FBUS cable is OK to be use on other box?
is this phone boot ok on other box?

phone is ok
cable is ok but when i update my box with update hti then box cant get scan from any phone what is problem?

after updating mx box green with 3.5 rev 2.1 my box cant boot any mobile.but local mode.test mode showing.my box working well with 3.5 rev 1.9 well.now 3.5 rev 1.9 not working.plz help.....................
