I bought new box orange hti two days ago ,but it also showing again same error as before hti green.Not booting any phone .Error on buscheck ,both on bb5 and dct4.Now what is solution for me now.?

Sir this is happening only due to hti update ver 0.50.
If you are infavor of users plz.allow us to downgrade hti to an old
ver 0.48 or ver 0.24.
Please sir dont put us in trouble .

I,m not new user or stupid .This is not driver problem .
It was working yesterday perfect by same drivers installed till now.

Dear, i fall same problem,when i install last update and syn all file.
i connect a 5130c phone to check mx-box, all is ok.
but when i press read RPL then mx-box creat same problem like your.
recover
uninstall all mx driver and soft,delete registry,delete folder C:\mobileEx.
restart pc,again install all,specially driver and all done.

u r not new user or stupid but i write my best.

delete nokia ovi suite or pc suite restart pc and try again...
