Mr.Manole you have to reply to grow your business

Mr.Manole you have to reply to grow your business

I am very old user of mx-key or box .. I remember I was among the few users of mx-key when mx-key was launched .. I never make any posts against this nice and helping product .. but Now it is time to ask you what is this.

I was using very old mx-key which was dead after update then I bought mx-box orange it also worked few days and the it also went graveyard .. I mean dead having no lights and no response.. Then yesterday I bought another orange mx-box after one flashing this also left me alone .. again it is dead .. does it mean that we should charge Rs.100 from customer and should lose rs.1300 .. what sort of business you are forcing us to do .. where nothing is gaining only losing .. ask your programmer what is this what sort of updates he is providing you where your market is deliberately killed or you are responsible for it ..

we all need you to appear in front of all the users of mx-box so that your business will have stability otherwise you are gone

Bro.

Who is your Reseller & why don't you claim Warranty ?

If your HTI Box is new, then it's your Rights to claim it,

We have also given 6 Months Warranty to our Distributors & Reseller,

Instead of asking us, claim for it & replace it from them.

BR,
ZUBER

>> NO MORE DEAD MX-BOX or HTI <<

MX-Box (HTI Interface) New Firmware has been released.
All problem are fixed related to dead MX-Box. You just need to have to update your HTI firmware to latest and then should not be a problem anymore.

How to Upgrade HTI Firmware:
  1. Unplug HTI from USB
  2. Start latest software
  3. Press "Update Firmware"
  4. Connect box to USB

After this, you should not face any problem.

Q. Can i fix my dead HTI or MX-Box with this?
A. No, you cannot repair a dead box with this method, this is just to protect your HTI from being dead anymore cause of previous faulty firmware.

Q. I am a reseller, what should i do?
A. Update all your stock before you sell

BR,
ZUBER

Dear ZUBER do you mean that we should keep continue this task of buying and replacing .. how long this should go on making your users fool .. please stop this otherwise unitedly if all memebers will come together and will declare to not use this crab product .. your boss will come down to earth . otherwise to keep distance from all these controversies .. make same thing to alive dead boxes ..

let me show you the truth of downfall of this product .. just observer before and now the total members browsing mx-box section on this forum .. earlier it was having more than 100 members and now it is hardly not crossing 30 members ..

Mine is dead also. I have decided to stop using this product. After the third one goes dead, you get tired with the game of replacing them. The warranty is just a way to take the responsibility off themselves and put it on the re-sellers. Remember MXKey/MXBox team, word of ***** is still the best form of advertisement.
