MX-BOX error (HELP) *ANSWERED


Good Day Brothers

who knows how to fix this error???

i can BUSCHECK at DCT4 phones

but in BB5 CAN'T

heres the logs

its cable or set problem.............softma module idenfied high tx line voltage........check another model with other cable

yes and i have same problem i try with diferent cable but same problem
after update hti box cant conect phone ,any solution please

a simple idea from simple man
1.disconnect all device from pc
2.disable antivirus
3.now check
not solve then
4.check ur hti on another pc
5.check another hti on ur pc

just check.it is give u clear idea of ur problem and make easy to all understand.

This only usb cable problem .I faced this prob and solved it by changing of cable.

- try to update HTI once more. check. serials can not be 8888... it should be a valid serial.

- still the same? install rev1.5, update HTI to 00.24, check. if done, install again rev1.6, update to 00.50.
