Follow the steps... 1st= Download main setup from here. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...hread-1410959/ 2nd= Then just run it. 3rd= After complete installation don't run exe. 4th= connect box with computer. 5th= install drivers automatically. 6th= After installation of drivers open exe. 7th= sign in application & restart application. 8th= Update HTI & restart application. 9th= Synchronise files & restart application. 10th= Now it's ready to use.
