Hti box upadating problem

i have purchesed one mxbox orange whn i press update showing failed to read divice info

Use Correct method to Update Mxkey HTI Box,

Run Mxkey Application without connecting HTI Box,
Click Update HTI & Connect Box immediately will Update your HTI Box.

After Running Mxkey Apps. it's window should be No Security Dongle Detected & later have to follow above.
You must have connect HTI Box earlier or made delay.

Post Screen Shot of Normal window after connecting Box & Running Mxkey Apps.
