mx box only open when internet is disconnected

whats this problem please can u any body

im using latest version 3.5 rev 1.4

im also trying to unlock bb5 phones all it say new protocal and nothing happens

doing my head in

close all running module & open again...

disable auto update and restart mx key

remove other boxes and other pkey .
now check again if ok.
then use acordingly.

i have removed all other device disabled auto update still same problemo
