dct 4 always give invalid imei checksum what is the problem

yes. it's not an error, it's not YET implemented, not yet burned into hti firmware:
- ALL DCT4 UEM task
- WD2 / TIKU flashing and UEM task.

please use ufs as interface when doing such job.
