Mobiex interface from 3.3 1.7,1.8 to 3.4 1.0 key dongle not recognized, only received the 3.3 1.6 dongle key. Has anyone encountered this problem? Fix how? Please help me! Thanks in advance!

if u r using laptop .just remove his battery for 5 minuts ur problem is solved

No! I using Portable Computer.
I've done on both desktops have the same problem so

just uninstall ur mxkey setup and then reinstall new setup see if this things works for u.best of luck

I have removed and reinstalled several times on two computers, even reinstall new windownxp but still remains the same topic

I tell them that my mxkey after upgrading to version 3.4 rev 1.0 does not unlock any bb5 phone either, dtc4, dctplus, completely remove the software I used to gts and jaf interface and I can not solve the problem, I hope that where possible help me solve my problem.
