mx ker registering problem - GSM-Forum

I buy new mxkey when I want to register after giving user ID and Email
comes this error
Starting card activation ...
SERVER->Served by MXKEY - BLADE Z at host2, agent version 1.1 revision 0.5

[SOAP-ENV:Server] Procedure 'CARDREGVERIFY' not present

[SOAP-ENV:Server] Procedure 'CARDREGVERIFY' not present

[SOAP-ENV:Server] Procedure 'CARDREGVERIFY' not present
Card activation task completed.

not same but something like that
i but a new mxkey and it need to register, after fill user id and e mail , soft say still key is not registerd

plz product supporter
help us to solve this problem

Wait till this server update completes for SL3 and try anain tomarrow may be server problem

no reply from product supporter
i think its a serrver problem
but many post abt problem but no reply
manole and siroya are banned but another product supporter is not respondong
