Mx-key big problem !! ( at least for me)

i try to connect mxkey with HWK interface and when i select nokia service tool it hang's and is not dooing anything ; and wile is in that state if i unplug ,the HWK interface, manualy it's working - means that is no longer "hang'ing" ! i have instaled mx key and HWK in 3 diferent computers and it is the same problem.
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP MEEE !!!!!

1st unlistall ur mxkey delet ue programa file c drive mobiex folder and delet to recycle bin empty and after rebot install agin ur probleb solf but chek mobiex letest varsan Bro

THNX FOR THE REPLY BUT READ THE POST ... I HAVE INSTALED THE MX KEY AND HWK INTERFACE ON 3 DIFERENT COMPUTERS ...THAT IS 3 FRESH INSTALLS . ON THAT COMPUTERS THERE NEVER WAS ISTALLED ON THEM MX KEY OR ANY OTHER INTERFACE . AND ON ALL 3 OF THEM I' VE INSTALLED LATEST VERSION OF MX KEY . THNX AGAIN FOR THE SOLUTION BUT IS NOT HELPING ME !

I forgot to say that the mx key is new and hwk interface !! Both are new !!

i've same problem in 2pc but my office pc work ok

when it keep hang i've to restart pc, usually it will work again

u installed some new programs/ devices on all computers so driver of different program and devices are conflicted thats why this problem accrued..

u need to reinstall the window and install the devices in proper way - especially some devices have drivers with same names like FTlang.dll

u need to install the driver of latest date - and dont owerrite by old driver of same name

i have done all that! in 2 pc-s there never was instaled on them anything, not even a pc suite or something ! and i have downloaded latest software and drivers from suport for them ! i'll try to do again with what you said but i think it will not work because even the OS what reinstalled on those computers ( new microsoft window's) and the same problem ! thnx for the reply all ! if anybody have other solutions pls reply and i will try them all and see if the problem end's ! thnx !

do you have upgaded your hwk and your box and run hwk software chek that if hwk software is working or not

disable ur anti-virus ... hang prob solved

thnx all for the replyes but none of the above is working for me ! both ,the mxkey and the hwk are new, and separate they work ok but when together mx key freezes when switching from main interface to nokia service tool interface of the program. when i connect the mx key and program at the begining with hwk its ok ,no error. and i tried with no antivirus and its the same ... some more ideas anybody please ... thnx to all !!

Please uninstall your Mxkey driver. Then re install the correct driver.

I also faced the same problem. But now its working

reinstaling was not the case because ,remember, i said in this post i also instaled mx key and hwk with 2 fresh computers on witch never was installed any unlocking device. after a while i connected the mx key with another ufs ! i have some friend that had the same problem with the old version of mx key and with the new version they said its ok !

Install Microsoft .NET Framework , and if you have it Just reinstall it ..
