mx-key bug

before one year i used my mx-key very very good in flashing but since then in my case since yesterday i have make all back-up to my 6700c only updating the software to 1o.50 to 13.10 the flashing was smooth and good but after flashing mx-key damaged my simlock data and EVEN i have the back-up i cannot restore it now i flash again another mobile automatic off is the problem i make full back-up the flashing was ok,smooth and sucessful flashing but upon info now the problem is same like my 6700c yesterday the simlock was invalid i tried to restore my back-up but sad to say the error come like this see attached logs..please supporter,mr.manole can you please check the bugs in your software.........its very pain to buy rpl in this situation hoping you can help me or us other users of mx-key
