mx key cad not responding error

i have a problem with mx key showing this error
mx key team HTI flasher interface (winUSB)2
the card is not responding toa reset

Bro.
Remove Card & Insert again.
Open Mxkey Apps. without connecting HTI Box.
Click Update HTI & immediately connect Box, lets finish Update & restart Mxkey Apps,
post result.

it"s not proparly work dear............................... i think damage hti box............................

Possibility of Box Damage, but some of then are resolve with above also.

but green box not a good quality.......orange box 100000% good quality......

more than alwas best mx orange box trusted box...........i use this box.....good report alwas....................................

my mx orange box show no security doungle detect and there is no light in the box when connect to pc
