have u installed the drivers for jaf or ufs????have u checked up if they appear???did the program see the mx-key????there are a lot of problems...just give us more information..and for sure a log....have u checked interfaces with other programs???

i have the same problem.my jaf intreface is showing in the device manager but the software cant detect even i have tried mt box as well but nothing comming in interface.the programme detect the key and even i have registered the key as wel but nothing comming in interface.the same interface works with other programme plz help to sort this problem thanks.

Clean driver, include ftdi driver in registry then install it again. Choose newest driver.

here is what you simply do.inside that window written NO CONNECTION just click on that NO CONNECTION message and a drop down window will come out with all the connected interfaces on your computer.i had the same problem the first time i used mx-key.

anyone solved this problem?
i have the same problem. my jaf is not detected by mxkey. i try whit 3.3 15, 16, 18 and not detect the jaf .
jaf flasher is working whit jaf software 63 an jau.
firm01.B1.
please help.
