Please try to install in another computer. Still, there is problem, then, plug out the "Smart Card" and put it to another "P-Key" or Box that you have. Member: 364738 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | smart card and reader is working fine because i have succesfully registerd my mx key and updated it also.. my problem is mx key cant detect any of my ufs and jaf box's... i even tried using it in another computer still the same......now i cant sign my mxkey application because i've use up all my 5 attempts |

Are you sure has been installed driver correctly. Look at device manager, and attach infos here. Make sure USB A-B cable is, ok. do not plug a lot of devices to your computer usb. Member: 364738 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | yes its all working........ but whenever i start mobilex it ask for a driver... i choose the driver from C:\mobileEx\3.3\data\drivers\ufs\2.4.16.0 and overwrite the previous driver, but still it cant detect my ufs or jaf...... am i using the write driver? thnx |

After you open mobileEx, copy your "Loaded drivers" log here. 2. print into docs/make screenshot of device manager and attach here. 3. Uninstall all driver from uninstaller program. Make sure that you unplug all ftdi/card from computer. 4. Restart and manual delete driver from system if any. 5. Now install one-by-one, firstly ufs driver and then mxkey. Maybe your driver ver ; 3.1.05.0, sorry if i'm wrong... Newer driver ver; 3.4.16.0 |
