Might be the problem of Hardware

MX Key has two things.
1) Smart Card
2) P-key

It might be the problem of P-key.

Please try to install in another computer. Still, there is problem, then, plug out the "Smart Card" and put it to another "P-Key" or Box that you have.

new with mobileEx? try re-scan or click on "NO CONNECTiON". Are you sure has been installed driver correctly. Look at device manager, and attach infos here. Make sure USB A-B cable is, ok. do not plug a lot of devices to your computer usb.

your application signer is on the computer which you've successfuly registered it.
the file is mobileEx.xml. you can use it anywhere else, no need to sign via server again.

a question,
what other tool (ftdi based) installed, beside mxkey?

br

You can report any info after doing these;
1. After you open mobileEx, copy your "Loaded drivers" log here.
2. print into docs/make screenshot of device manager and attach here.
3. Uninstall all driver from uninstaller program. Make sure that you unplug all ftdi/card from computer.
4. Restart and manual delete driver from system if any.
5. Now install one-by-one, firstly ufs driver and then mxkey.

Maybe your driver ver ; 3.1.05.0, sorry if i'm wrong...
Newer driver ver; 3.4.16.0
