MX key dongle not found
 

Hello guys !!! i have problem with MXkey. yestarday i setup mobleEx and after mxkey in usb, all drivers setup correctly, after i start MobleEx but she not start up... after when i off usb Mxkey she start up !!! i reinstall all Smart key drivers, but it no help me... i have P-key and SETool they to use smart key drivers... may becouse they...
can help me any one ?:confused:

any 1 can help me with my problem ?

Try This,

1. Right Mouse Click on MY COMPUTER and Click on PROPERTIES
2. The Hadware tab
3. Click on DEVICE MANAGER
4. Select Smart Card Readers and click on (+) mark
5. There you i`l find USB Token Device
6. Right Click on that and click UNINSTALL
7. When done in top BUTTONS ROW you i`l find a button called "Scan For Hardware Changes"
8. It will install the drivers Automatically
9. When Driver Installation Finished
10. Start Mx-Key Application it i`ll work

i think if you already install uninstall thrn same problem there is a conflict om the driver.....


you should install it on another pc technician should have 2 computer..

bro i also got this problem with my mxkey i just installed dotnetfx and now its working fine. try to download it from microsoft site
