can anybody tell me details regarding this mx key usage because it is counting always whenever application is opened.it shows lesser percentage on every start.please can anyone clear my doubt

Yes it is. You don't need to worry about it.
you will need to refill card, ONLY if mobileex told you to do it.
Refill Card button will be enabled when it is needed.
